Deep, bright and faithful. With solid-colour ceramics experience pure colour.
Zero imperfections
Orange peel and television effect: these are the flaws of a traditional method that has been totally rethought. We have developed a new process for solid-colour ceramic decoration. A process that eliminates imperfections, enhances the colour range and improves productivity.
Power to colour
Colour is thus freed from background noise. It can manifest itself in all its power. To be contemplated alone as it fills a surface, or to become part of a whole fruit of the creative imagination.
Advantages
You choose the colour
It will be exactly as you have imagined it.
With the solid colour process, you can faithfully reproduce any RAL or Pantone colour. The range of colours is vast. The finished product is precisely the colour you want because the ink is not affected by firing.
Highest quality
Consistent and repeatable satisfaction, just like your decorations.
The solid colour process uses technologies that allow for total application uniformity: a guarantee of a consistent and repeatable product. Cabin pressurisation prevents dust from compromising paint quality. Software solutions ensure full control and maximum performance.
Convenient and green
Quality does not always cost more. Paints used in solid-colour processing are less expensive and energy consumption is reduced because there is no firing. Then there is efficiency: patented systems reduce paint consumption, recover waste for recycling, avoid downtime. Finally, there is scalability: you can paint several products simultaneously, further reducing overall costs.
Quality and lower costs, a perfect combination.
Applications
Unforgettable ceramic decorations
Decorate with colour and create immersive environments.
Colour is emotion, it is evocative, it influences our mood. Solid-colour ceramics enhance the intensity of each shade. If it covers walls and surfaces, it is capable of transforming a room into a living experience.
Solid-colour ceramic wall tiles are suitable for vertical surfaces in interior spaces, with formats up to 160 x 320 cm.
Process steps
The four process steps
Each step can use different solutions, because each of our customers is unique.
The solid colour process uses UV inks and involves several spray applications alternating with drying phases. The first layer applied is the adhesion primer, followed by the colour and a final layer that gives the finished high-gloss effect.
